When I visited to inquire about rental storage units for items in my garage, Singh was incredibly friendly and helpful. He was so patient and answered all of my 101 questions! ? He even showed me the stairs leading to an upstairs unit since I was worried about climbing too many stairs. In the end, I ended up renting a different unit from the facility, but I really appreciated Singh's assistance! If you're looking for storage and don’t require climate control, definitely check them out! ?✨

I wish I could have left a better review for this location. However, Mahfuza which was managing this property when I was in need of assistance was absolutely terrible. She had no idea what she was doing when it came to transferring from one unit to another nearby unit - almost costing me hundreds of dollars. I made sure to contact and discuss the details of my transfer the day prior and when I came the very next morning - which I was informed by Mahfuza to do it was a completely different situation. The associate then tried to lie to protect themselves when my records indicated differently as to what was discussed and when. Also, she sat on her phone instead of taking the situation seriously until I had to bring in another individual to assist with getting to the bottom of having this whole situation resolved. In short, a 30 minute move turned into almost 2 hours because Mahfuza was the only associate on the grounds and had no idea what she was doing. After having this experience it made me not want to keep my items with Public Storage any longer.
