Despite a never-run-out guarantee and automatic delivery, they didn't deliver and we ran out. It is February. Quarles says it will be another 15 days until they can deliver.

First pump was leaking diesel all over the place - second pump realized only one of the pumps in the entire place fit into a smaller diesel vehicle - third pump the printer didn't work for a receipt....and of course there is no staff on site to help with anything. Terrible experience, will never return.

Part I, Not a good experience at all. I was told when we moved into our new place that they wouldn't let the tank get empty. Great, I thought. However, they forgot to say it had to be set up for automatic delivery for this to NOT to happen. Long story short our tank went down to zero on a very cold winter day and we had guest from out of town visiting. It took them 6 days to service the tank. We froze in the process. This propane thing was new for us, we have never had to deal with filling up a propane tank. Don't like being in the mercy of having to depend on someone to fill your tank for heat, cooking and taking a warm shower. Lesson learned. I understand it is partly our fault for not educating ourselves but propane is expensive, it would be nice to have a little TLC in customer care and quicker service. Part II, I signed up for automatic refills and they still allowed the tank to go to ZERO. As you can see I decided to write a review after it happened twice.

I'm not even sure if this is the correct Quarles page as there are so many of them, but I would recommend to steer clear altogether. Our house ran out of heating oil and I called on a Tuesday to order delivery for a refill. I was told 3-5 days and confirmed I did not need to be present as there was an access point from the outside of the house. Fast forward a week, and I've been following up consistently all the while being told it's a guarantee it will come next day. I finally receive a service ticket and confirmation of a driver on Thursday (9 Days after the original request) and contact them in the evening to make sure they made the drop off. The customer service rep states that they couldn't make the delivery because no one was present at the house, which I specifically I asked when I made my original call and was told that I didn't need to be. So here we are, in the middle of January with no heat in our home and a heating company who doesn't give one care in the world. They got their money up front and that's all that matters. We ended up finding another local company who came next day and made the delivery. Avoid Quarles at all costs. Scum of the earth. Dregs of society.
