Cannot recommend these guys enough. They were prompt and professional throughout the whole process. They even finished the job faster than was estimated, and we ended up paying less than we were quoted.

What a fantastic company! I had an armoire I needed moved to the basement that was too heavy for me to lift. Called up Quick Reaction and they had folks out to help me same day! The gentlemen that arrived were great, polite and very friendly. They explained my options and the process, providing all around great service. Will definitely be using Quick Reaction again in the future!

There was an emergency on our end and when we called them they were quick to schedule us. There prices are great! The moving process was quick, easy, and they handled our items with care.

Communication is my main focus with business and I definitely received that business text, email and verbal. The crew was on time and definitely worked hard. I recommend this company for small moves.
Sales representative definitely listened to me when I recommend a small truck since we live and moved in Takoma Park.

We're doing a renovation and needed to clear our entire first floor of furniture, moving some to other parts of the house and storing the rest in the garage. Chris & Michael made quick work of the job and were easy and pleasant to work with. They were even able to handle our large reclining sofa, which I knew came apart but had no idea how (they quickly got it separated, wrapped, and stored). I've hired other moving companies before for moves and rearranging furniture, but this was the first time I didn't feel like I needed to oversee the work. Chris & Michael understood what I wanted, they worked quickly throughout the whole job, and came and found me when they had questions. I will definitely be hiring Quick Reaction Movers again when it's time to put all of my furniture back and for any future moving needs.

Highly recommend this company!! Mr. PRATT and Mr. BARNES did an excellent job and took great care with my recently deceased, Mom's antique furniture. I've used several other moving companies over the years, and this was by far the worst experience I've had. While the movers were nice guys, they moved at the slowest pace imaginable, causing them to take SIX HOURS to move from a one bedroom apartment to another one bedroom apartment 10 minutes down the road. While I understand I had a lot of stuff, the movers appeared to intentionally take a long time to jack up the price. We noticed them taking personal calls and taking several breaks, and it ended up costing over $800 when all was said and done. They also broke a hole in one of my cabinets, of which they did not notify me, and I noticed it later. I also offered to allow them to use a small cart that I own to assist them with carrying things, and they broke that as well and didn't inform me of it. They put several dents in the walls of my new apartment, as well. Furthermore, there were several items that they claimed they "could not take", so I ended up having to return to my original apartment and make several trips back and forth to collect the items they said they couldn't take, some of which included glass bottles, bottles of cleaning supplies, clothing, etc. There were several items that they also inexplicably tried to claim they wouldn't take, such as my desk. They also left all of their trash in my apartment, such as shrink wrap and packing tape. Overall, pretty nice dudes, but they clearly lack urgency and are more than happy to take up your entire day to maximize their profit. There are plenty of better options to choose from when looking for movers.

The team that came out, John and Howell, were amazing. I have moved many times over the years and this team far surpassed any other movers I have ever hired. They were extremely courteous, professional and extremely thorough. They took the utmost care with my furniture to ensure that nothing was damaged and used protective wrap and protective blankets to carefully move everything. They took their time; never rushing and were also very efficient. Best company I’ve used before! Thank you so much John and Howell! I appreciate you greatly! I will definitely be hiring you again for my next move!

I absolutely recommend this company! They were great from start to finish. Every person I spoke to/ worked with was personable and pleasant. The crew on both pick up and drop off were wonderful! Lucky you! You have found Quick Reaction Movers, so you don't need to search for a mover any longer! QR just moved my belongings out of state, and from beginning to end, they were perfect. Stuart answered every question clearly and quickly. On moving day, the truck arrived on time & my belongings were safely transferred by Stuart and Chris, who took ALL the stress of moving out of the experience. I am so glad to have found QR and am so grateful that they made a stressful process into an easy one. Thank you, Stuart & Chris. I couldn't be more appreciative!
