Manager needs to get control of these young girls “managing” the front desk. They just sit there and chat with each other, don’t smile at anyone or help the stylists. This is supposed to be a kid friendly environment, with parents that are going through enough just to bring their kids there. Need better front desk attendants who have the right attitude and work ethic. We are going to look for another location.

My son didnt even get the first hair cut experience! They thought his name was something else because she thought i said a different name! I then got a different lady who butchered it so, I let it grow out and will be going to see the lady I original booked!

I took my grandson in for haircut mind u shop is empty with on appt ahead of me, the stylist said come back another day I cannot cut today im by myself. And literally pushed us out door. I need the manger to call me. This is unacceptable behavior, the girl at computer was on her phone so she was just going along with stylist. I have been taking my grandson since he was a baby. The level of service has fallen quite a bit. Don’t hire cranky old ladies to cut children’s hair. Rude and unprofessional. I need a call back from manager or DM. I will put this on yelp.

Edit!! I spoke with the owner and she seemed motivated to have us try again and explained the situation! Will try again.
I paid $35 for a cut/wash appointment for my daughter but the wash was actually just spritzing her hair with a spray bottle. Not sure why they don’t wash when that’s in the appointment description. Wanted to try this cause it was closer than the falls church location but at the falls church location I have $37 which includes cut wash blow dry and nail painting. This felt so rushed and I didn’t get what I paid for.

Terrible!! Do Not go here!! I took my son for his first haircut yesterday. I told her I wanted to keep it long, just a little trim. I even showed her a picture so she would know what I meant. She SHAVED a half-inch wide bald strip around his ears. What the heck!?! And to make it even worse, she cut the front too short and straight across. She ruined my baby's beautiful hair ? ?

Only spent 5 min on my daughter's hair. Seemed surprised when I requested layers -- she's almost 7 with very thick hair. Apparently the "blow dry" that comes with the $35 girls cut only includes waving the blow dryer at hair without brushing, resulting in incredibly puffy hair and impossible to tell if the cut is okay. Daughter was very disappointed she didn't get "pretty hair". Was told next time I need to pay more if I want full blow dry but they didn't have time to do it today even though all other chairs were open. Felt like would be good for babies/toddlers but not older kids.

Took my 2.5 year old here for his second hair cut. After reading the reviews we decided to book with Amina. I am so happy we did!! Before she started she made sure my son was comfortable and content. She encouraged him to have fun and turned on his favorite show for him. She was kind, patient, and listened to what I wanted. Will for sure be booking with her in the future.

The experience/atmosphere were great. This was my daughter’s first haircut and she wasn’t scared and loved the Frozen car she was in, and the stylist was great with her. But the haircut was awful. I said several times we just wanted a trim because her bangs were so long and that we still wanted her hair long in the back. But the stylist just kept cutting while saying “see it’s still long”. While it was still wet it was hard to tell because she had the bangs swept to the side, but now that’s it’s dry it’s awful. It isn’t straight and its too short to put in any type of ponytail now.

which details you guys want stylist was hurting my boy she was not even holding him gently i pay good amount for only 3 years old child and she is not talking politely she is not listening carefully she did not do a good hair cut which can be possible within this much amount of money.

Never going here again. We were 10 minutes late, but still before closing and they turned us away. Unacceptable.
