My car tank is 22.5 gallon and it was 3/4 full. I planned on going on the trip so I wanted to fill it up, I need 7 to 10 gallons of gas. When I went there to fill my tank they charged me for 18.4 gall of gas came to 62 dollars. I robbed by this gas station. I am really unhappy with it. I will not be going there again

Good location to get on and off I95 but their pump credit card readers never work forcing you to go inside and pre pay and not filling all the way up. It’s been like this for a few months now and I’m about to give up on the site and find another shell.

Our truck broke down on 95 just above the exit for this service center - it was the luckiest thing that could have happened for us! They fixed our water pump and despite being very busy had us back on the road in under the time they estimated for the repair. Thank you so much!

The best place in Lorton for annual safety and emissions inspections. The line is usually not long unless you wait until the end of the month.

The absolute worse customer service on the planet. I usually get my car inspected there with no problem. I showed up today at 3:10 PM and the sign clearly states last car at 3:50 pm. I was the only car in line while the technician completed the inspection on a gray Honda civic. At 3:40 pm the technician comes out with a sign he had just printed stating that the inspection station is closed until the 28th of August.He clearly saw me sitting there and could have come out and stated that they would not be able to conduct the work. Several times while I waited he even made eye contract. I have no idea why he would be so rude.I rarely write reviews and I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS STATION or any other SHELL station in my life. The absolute worst customer service I have ever endured.

The clerk stole the lottery winnings off my husband’s tickets after saying he could not cash them. We drive approximately 10 minutes away for the clerk at that station to tell us they had been cashed, and when I called the store, the extremely rude man hung up on me. Do not stop here

Brought in for Inspection and Emissions. Hidden gem especially in the middle of the month. Didn't have to wait to get my car in the bay at all. Asked a couple questions about repair maintenance work and they were upfront and honest about their pricing and what they could/couldn't do. Mechanics and Service Staff were incredibly friendly and got me out the door. See you in a year!
