This is the 3rd gas station I stopped at to get air in my wife’s tires and this air pump worked! Awesome! They have vacuums here too, will take my truck the next time it needs cleaning.

I stopped to buy gas. The entire plaza is sparkling clean: the gas pumps; the car wash; the food mart; and the bathroom. After this rest stop; I felt ready to drive again.

This review is on the car wash only. I purchased the $18 car wash. First, it did not rinse off the soap as the rinse cycle was weak. The drying cycle was even worse as the automated machine air ducts were small and weak.

The employees here show significant disrespect towards customers, and a boy working here claimed that I own Shell after I complained about his behavior. Additionally, they don't wear name tags, creating a negative image for Shell.

We've been having car repairs done at Gunston Shell Service Center for a couple of years now and have been very pleased with their honesty and their work. Highly recommend. Especially happy with the Manager Syed Shah.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THRU THIS CAR WASH !!!IT SCRAPED the paint on my cars hood and roof. The brushes are way too powerful, and you can hear it beating your paint right off your metal. They offer a deal where you get $.20 off a gallon of gas so you use it .DONT !!!

I own a beautiful Q60 sports car and made the mistake of going through the car wash at this service station. The mistake was not just the damage done to my car by the malfunctioning "rotator brush" which scraped off the paint on the hood in several places, but dealing with an insulting, unprofessional manager / owner. After I explained to him what happened and showed him the exposed-metal markings, he responded to me, "You are a liar"! When I explained that I just wanted to resolve this in a peaceful and businesslike manner, he bitterly stated "You can call the police! I don't care!"I had to call the police and will pursue this further. Be advised!!!

My wife and I , travel all the times and we stop all the time at gas station for snacks and bathroom , yesterday we stop by these location bathroom was very clean I was very surprised, usually gas station bathroom are not that clean .Now I know where I need to stop next time on my way to Richmond , clean bathroomorganized store costumer service was also pretty good !!Thanks shell :)

Is a scam when you go inside to pay.Card reader show the card declined. Them the use another card reader that actually work. Them you see multiple transactions from your account. Be careful people.

Cashier was very unprofessional and aggressive. My family had been traveling and needed to get gas and use the bathroom, but he would not open the door for us. The door, however, had been unlocked when we first pulled up as another customer had been walking out. It’s sad to see someone so angry so early in the morning. Some people should not work in customer service jobs, and that man is one. Very disappointed. Would not recommend!
