This is a very clean, climate controlled, well maintained, reasonably priced, and customer friendly facility. Chris was the representative who helped me. I actually just ran into him while out elsewhere and saw his shirt logo. I hadn’t been happy with Cube Smart. So I enquired, and he was very happy to answer my questions. Informative, all about helping me choose the best space for my needs, and saved me a ton of money compared to the other options in my general vicinity. Can’t recommend this facility and the others managing this site more. Where’s the 10 star option? Thank you Chris and all the staff at Telegraph Self Storage. You’ve exceeded all of my expectations and needs.

Today I had one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had in a long time. First the second I walked in these 2 were enger to help. And while one did the payment paperwork the other offered beverages to further make me feel more welcomed. Then the cute furry mascot purred its way towards me to show me some love. I actually wanted a more Detailed billig payment Statement and Alison and Chris worked together to provide me with what I needed. I really wish there were more welcoming attentive, hospitable, people like them everywhere you go. They make you want to come back just to see how true customer service really feels. Thank you for making storage payments less upsetting. Cause we all know NOBODY wants to pay bills and let go of their hard earned money. But they actually had me thinking there should be a tip jar for the type of customer service they gave me today.

Well, you have 24 hour access. The drawback is that this facility constantly increased my monthly rate. Then on they had the audacity to charge me a $40 administration fee that they couldn’t explain. Finally because I didn’t want this to go to my credit card, I paid via my bank account and made sure they got their money in a timely fashion. So as a result, I had paid the month ahead of time and they’re telling me that is considered a refund as opposed to paying ahead I will never use them again

We have rented storage space here since 1992. It is clean and climate controlled both heating and cooling. If you are looking for storage space at a reasonable cost, please check them out. I think you will find them competitive in all categories.

I had a unit at this facility for 12 years. The facility has always been clean, well maintained, and secure. The staff is helpful, polite, and honest, and billing is convenient. Moving in and out was smooth and easy. I would recommend it to anyone needing storage in this area.
