I got an oil change and tire rotation on my Ram yesterday. It was done quickly and they are honest over there. I almost got my tires rebalanced but he took it for a spin and told me I didn’t need it. Easily could have just done it. We’ll be taking our cars here moving forward. Thanks

On my way to Portland ME with refrigerated food on my van, one of the hoses on my van busted and all the antifreeze poured out. I just happened to get off this exit and was lucky enough to find this place. It is 12/31/2024 at 2pm and my delivery was expected 1/1/2025. These guys found the problem, then spent the next 2 hours trying to find the part but everyone had closed for the holiday then drove around to parts stores trying to find something that would work. They found something, altered it to fit and it got me to Maine on time and back home. Not many would have gone to so much effort to help me at 2pm on New Year's Eve, Thank you for going the extra mile. You all are the best!!!!!

Had this shop recommended by a AAA technician and he did not steer me wrong. It doesn't look like much, but the people were very nice and they were able to take care of my car's issue quickly and at a fair price. I'm glad to have found a trustworthy auto shop so close to home!

I took the auto train from Florida,my Honda's front end started making noise right before I got on the train,when I got off train in Lorton Virginia I drove to the shop,I was worried they would not be open because it was a Saturday and Veterans Day holiday,The mechanic was there,took the car for a drive with me and diagnosed the problem, the car was fixed and back on the road in no time,highly recommend this business,unfortunately I didn't get his name,but he was very friendly,knowledgeable reasonably priced,honest and helped me out in a big way. I can't say enough about how I feel about this place,he should advertise his business at the auto train,because people were asking at the front desk if they knew of a mechanic near by

You want to pay 800+ to get a couple of brake lines fixed go here. This was after I talked him down from 1000. Oh did I mention I didn’t even have a choice in the matter he just called me and said trucks ready that’ll be a 1000 bucks. No call saying hey this is gonna be this price. I trusted him because I been bringing my cars here for a while. Great experience though because from now on I’ll work on my own vehicles. Just can’t trust people now a days be careful!!!!Service: Brakes

Toro’s mechanics are truly knowledgeable when it comes to cars and trucks. One of the best hands in the world. Better than dealer at performing diagnostics and correct diagnostics. I’ve had my suspension, engine, brakes rotors, and all of my maintenance done here!They are building a new shop which I can’t wait to see and have my car worked in!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredible Service for Our Fleet SUV at Toro'sWe had been struggling with major mechanical issues on our newer fleet Black Limo SUV, even after multiple visits to another shop. At their suggestion, we took it to the dealer for diagnostics, but the problems persisted. Thankfully, one of our employees highly recommended Toro's for their exceptional diagnostic and repair abilities.We decided to give Toro's a try, and we're beyond thrilled with the results. They not only diagnosed and resolved the major issues but also conducted a comprehensive vehicle diagnostics. Our cooling system now works reliably, and the engine is running beautifully. No more check engine lights or rough idling, which is crucial for our executive black SUV clients. The engine's automatic start-stop is barely noticeable, and the acceleration is significantly smoother and more powerful after their thorough system cleaning and service.Toro's also checked and replaced the front and rear differential fluids, with the front diff oil being in worse condition. However, both differentials were taken care of, resulting in a much-improved performance on the road.Now, we can confidently transport our clients anywhere in the USA, and even Canada if needed, without worrying about vehicle breakdowns.In contrast, we also have our in-warranty vehicles serviced at the dealership, but they fell short. We recently had another SUV back in the dealer for the second time within a few days after they claimed to have fixed it for $1,300. However, the issue persisted even after leaving their lot. In comparison, Toro's team, led by Marcelo, tackled similar issues in less time and with more attention. They even included front and rear differential oil replacement and other services within the same price. Additionally, they offered valuable advice on how to enhance the performance and longevity of our other fleet vehicles, which have been facing engine and transmission problems due to extended hours on the road.Although Toro's could easily charge dealer prices for the outstanding service they provided, they remain honest, trustworthy, and fair in their pricing. We are grateful for finding Toro's, and we won't hesitate to bring our entire fleet here in the future. Highly recommended for anyone seeking top-notch service and value.
