Passport renewal walk-in.PROS: The person that helped us was kind and knowledgeable. Quick service.CONS: Only 3 applicants accepted per day. Line starts well before 9am, 3 tickets handed out at 9:30am.

Bad post office. They don't even have a machine you can get a receipt for prepaid mail. Also, the slot wasn't big enough for my packages I was shipping out. Wouldn't go again.

First time here for initial PP appointment. It was through a review that made me drive all the way up here. It was very worth it! The lady who helped me was super nice and showed me how to fill stuff when I was unsure. Very efficient and friendly! Wish her all the best in life! :) it doesn’t take much to be nice.

My very first experience at this Post Office location. I have not experienced this type of friendly customer service anywhere in such a very very long time. From the time the establishment was opened at 9 by the Asian lady, she exhibited such friendliness, patience and above and beyond service. I was thoroughly impressed. It was worth the drive from Woodbridge to apply for a new passport and get some collector stamps. I'm grateful for the experience. Surpassed my expectations. My hats off to the dear lady.

They are very rude here. I called in about my missing packet while I was on the phone with them, they just hung up the call in the middle of my sentences. The post office delivered my package to a random address. The package has one of the number wrong but why did the stored still deliver it if there is no house number in the neighborhood, they just guessed the number of the house and left it there. They should’ve returned it back to the carrier since the house was put wrong. We were calling the store back to speak with the manager, but no one was answering the phone. They were trying not to help us.

Ms. Cece was amazing. My cousin sent my kid a late bday present and due to a mixup on the companies end they didn’t add our apartment number. My child called spoke with her and she told them that they will make sure that it is resend it out again. That just really made their day. I cannot thank her and the Lorton P.O for all their hard work.

Every time I’ve been to this location the associates are friendly and helpful, and they normally get through the line at a good pace.

"KEN" is very committed to his work; he understands how to accomplish it and completes each task like a checklist. A USPS customer service trainer or Management lead should have "KEN" on them. I appreciate your patience while you process my daughter's passport application 12.15-12.30 appt. I give "KEN" ten stars appreciate your good work Thank you 06/01/2023.

Stopped in to mail in Passport renewal. A clerk familiar with the process reviewed my forms, advised me of one correction to make and was very helpful. Glad I picked this PO location today!

Very bad experience I had with express mail delivery on 01.07.2023They put fake information about delivery : nobody tried to ring, knock on the apartment door, didn't left any notice in a mailbox, didn't call to recipient by phone( phone # was provided). But onwebsite ( checking tracking ) all these actions were shown. The recipients were at home , they knew about express mail, they were waiting for delivery. Then my friends had to visit that office and had not nice conversation with those liars.I needed to spend a lot of time to fix this problem ( I am a sender), was late to my work. Very disappointed delivery service by this post office. They are liars. Headquarter has to put seriousattention on supervisor of this office if post office team can put fake information on official website.Hope I will get news about what were done with this shockedunacceptable ( I mean fake info) situation.Liudmila Krapivina

I have been visiting this location for my postal needs for the past 3 years. I visited recently due to addressing a letter to myself. The representative tried a fix to see if it would process without having to re-purchase postage.Kevin is a very respectful, professional, and efficient addition to this location that continues to give me confidence in our local postal service.

I am kind of new in this area. Had to visit this USPS 8times. It's really surprising that all 8times visit was pleasant. Definitely'Stress free post office'. People are so kind and efficient.

disappointing service. Management is not solution oriented(they just hope you go away). They are not listening to help you resolve your issue. Have had a mailbox there for 2+ years. Without notice, on an account that is automatic billing they said I was three months behind and closed it. Spent 2 hours trying to find a solution to be told I would have to open a new box. I’ve had other issues here before but THIS takes the cake.
