Nice worker working hard by himself but in order to activate phone they charge $40 when all the other ones I've been to do it for free, not employees fault tho gave suggestions to other locations

Abbas and Wally are very knowledgeable about their products and services. They offered only what I came in for; to replace my broken phone and accessorize the new phone with measures to protect my investment. You know what the best thing about this? This store is a hidden gem. Only one other customer was there and they were being served by Wally. Abbas was my service agent. I’ve been to Verizon stores at Bailey’s Crossroads, North and South Arlington, Tysons, Falls Church and Vienna. By far, this was the most expedient, quietest and best customer service. I highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

I went to pick up a replacement cable box that I ordered online through Verizon. Unfortunately, the receptionist I encountered was unfamiliar with the process and insisted that I needed to go to another store to handle my order. The second receptionist echoed the same point. I clearly informed both of them that Verizon had confirmed I could collect the box at this location. After some back and forth and 30 minutes, they finally processed my order and issued the replacement box.

Visibly dirty, no phones on display to test. THIS IS NOT AN ACTUAL VERIZON STORE. Take that into account as their return policies are much different from corporate/ actual retailers.
But, really visibly dirty floors.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the store closing at 7pm despite the hours posted on the door stating they were open until 8pm. This discrepancy not only inconvenienced me but also showed a lack of professionalism and attention to detail on the part of the management. I don’t recommend this location.

DO NOT use this location. Arrived at 7PM to find out the store was closed and the stores listed hours are to close at 8PM. Poor customer service. Extremely unprofessional.

Mike was wonderful to me! My phone suddenly stopped working and Mike helped me pick a new phone and worked with my old phone all the way up to closing to help move my contacts and pictures to my new phone. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
