After waiting 20 minutes to be caller one, the phone rings for about 5 minutes and then the pharmacy hangs up. Great customer service.

Lorton, VA staff has an awesome team and senior staff are very informative and helpful.

Called in a prescription. They didn't have it but said that they would order the medication for my 4-year-old and have it the next day. It matters because every day that we don't have the medication, our child is sick and miserable longer, and I LOSE a day of work. We call back to confirm receipt so we can pick it up and they have never ordered the medication and have no idea who we are. They say they'll follow-through and call us back with 25 minutes. They do not. Unprofessional.

A mistake from his doctors office had sent one of his prescriptions to a Walgreens well over half an hour a way. Not a huge deal but this Walgreens is a minute from our house.
So he thought, let me transfer it. Big mistake. Called this Walgreens a few days before to transfer, they confirmed the transfer, he got a message that the prescription was ready. Arrived to pick it up. No prescription. Okay again, not the end of the world.
Man at the counter offered to transfer it to THIS Walgreens. The one we were standing in, the one in which this man was working, the communication between us all was not super complicated. You want it here? Boyfriend says yes, that's what I want.
Counter man says, okay we got this come back around 4, unless the other pharmacy is closed today, it should be ready then. Boyfriend goes in at around 4 when they said it would be ready, again this place is a block a way, and I shit you not they had transferred the prescription to a CVS over an hour away (nearly all the way into DC).
Is transferring a prescription rocket science? These people have basic literacy skills so my only conclusion is it's rocket science or their software is too complex for day to day human beings.

Bad Management, understaffed and the lines are always long with one cashier. Stock always run out and shelves are not full a little too often.

If I can give this place a negative I would !! The pharmacy is a joke , I'd your trying to get meds deliver you might as well go pick it up your self or have someone go pick up ! Twice I put meds for a family for delivery and no one comes and they don't even call to tell you that uber did not pick up and it will be 9pm and close and imagine going to bed in pain twice now because the pharmacy didn't deliver or call you to tell you that you won't get it !

Their drive through pharmacy is never open. Does their corporate office understand that is the reason people go to Walgreens’ pharmacy???

Came to pick up prescription at noon, they said it would be an hour or two. Came back at 2 they said it would be 15 minutes but I had someplace to be so I said I’d come back, then at 6pm I come and they say I have to wait 20-30 min. What the heck is going on? SMH

I wonder, does Walgreens’ corporate read these reviews at all? And if they do, what is being done to correct this? We are here to pick up a tube of Erythromycin for our 12 day old baby. At the 1 hour, 10 minute mark (with no script available because she was still typing it up), they closed for lunch! And this seems to be a recurring theme. I will not come back here, and will seek to have my scripts filled elsewhere. Obviously Walgreens does not care about customer service anymore.

I have had so many issues with this location, when there is additional information needed they will not call you and only use the automated service that is no help. The staff that work the desk are not professional and they do not show care of personnel trying to fill prescriptions. I will not use this location ever again and I will probably use CVS over Walgreens and will tell all my Soldiers to do the same if they need prescriptions from offpost.
