People are nice, I just wish a cashier's check wouldn't take the teller 30 mins to complete it because she was unsure on how to process it 🫠 I missed my next appointment....

Staff friendly but not properly trained, and could be wasting customers time sometimes. I asked to do a CD from my existing Wells Fargo account, and it took me three visits to the bank.
