I’m pleased with the support, and help I got in my visit to Wells Fargo. This location was provided the best customer care! My applause and appreciation goes to Evan Christopher Prestera who is kind hearted, knowledgeable, efficient and willing to give solutions to all issues I raised. He spent 45 minutes just help me to print ton of paperwork that I need. Thank you !!!

I would also leave a 0 star if I could to the banker manager in charge today. My 81 year old mom and I walked in at 9:50am to take care of my parents joint account after Dad’s passing. We were told the only bank manager was on a call and also had a 10:30 appointment. The kind lady teller called the manager to ask if he could see us and he told her if we waited 15 minutes that he could see us. She took my mom’s id and put her un the system for the appt slot prior to his 10:30 appt so that no one else would make the appt online. After waiting full 35 minutes, the manager casually comes out and asks what we need, then tells us he cant see us because of his 10:30 appt and that we could come back at 12 or 1. I got upset and told him he said yes to us 35 minutes ago and we waited for him. He kept saying he wanted to make a suggestion to me. I did not go to this bank branch demanding to be seen which he made it look like. We went and asked. They offered a slot for 15 minutes later. We were put in the system. In total, my elderly mom and I were at the bank for 40 minutes and were refused to be seen after an appt was made at the spot when we first got there.

Line is incredibly longgg in the drive thru and inside. Mean while Manager is not doing ANYTHING to bring it down. This Bank has really gone down hill. 1 person working drive thru and 1 person working counter. Another Bank Rep is in his office just sitting. I’m sure he’s working on something but he has NO CX. It shouldn’t be a huge hassle to do Bank Business. Hire more people or Better yet manager get behind the counter and assist your costumers. If this continues, I will be closing my account and taking my money elsewhere.

Drive through is horrible here, last 4 times took over 20 min with no line. Had to get my card back this last time and go to the atm. I suggest inside, or atm at this location.

Back again with this bank and I finally closed my account due to one of the worst experiences I had with a teller named Rizma. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. If you like being charged ridiculous fees even though you sat down with a banker and they told you face to face you wouldn’t then this is the bank for you. 0/5 Stars

I don have Wells Fargo account but I really wanted to leave a good review for Florencia who helped me to recover my ssi check accidentally deposited to closed account she’s very calm n professional . I didn’t like Wells Fargo so I left but florencia is the best

If there was an option for 0 stars they would have gotten it. Just because you’re kind doesn’t mean what you are doing is ethical. Atm got jammed when pulling out a large sum of money. I never received my withdraw. My balance got updated as if I received the money. They fixed the atm quick but did not credit me. They said up to 10 businesses days. Imaging trying to take out all the money in your account, not receiving it and being left with nothing for 10 days! How do you get to work, get gas, or get food? I got fined by my landlord for my bill being late. Worse policy ever. Apathetic and pathetic customer care. I even have video of their atm jamming and they don’t even accept it. Crooks

Save your time and do NOT go to this bank. Had to wait forty five minutes in "drive thru" line just to be turned away. All I was trying to do was add money into an account and the female worker wouldn't even bat an eye to help. I was in line for over half an hour just to be out in forty five seconds. Now planning on going to another Wells Fargo to deposit the money.

Don’t know about negative reviews, but always had good experiences in this location before and after Pandemic, staff welcoming and friendly, respectful and greet you all time even if your business is with other staff member. Don’t blame staff for financial rules and timing, if you plan to get a service, don’t come last minute, come earlier. Banks have closing financial closing procedures, it’s not fast food chain.
