The new store manager, Tiffany, has made a huge difference in this store. Autozone would be stupid to get rid of her. She makes sure her employees and customers alike are taken care of. She does her best to get customers the right part in a timely manner. As well as making sure her employees everything they need to do their job and better serve the customers

These guys are great 👍 they always have what I need, including tractor things, and they are always so helpful! Even when I have no idea what I'm doing they will come out and show me or just do it without ever being condescending. 😜
They are above and beyond and I highly recommend them.

Dear AutoZone Management,
I am writing to address a serious concern regarding the customer service I have received at the Louisa, VA location. As a loyal customer who has shopped at AutoZone for years, I am disappointed with my recent experiences.
The staff at this location has been consistently rude and unhelpful. They fail to notify customers when parts arrive, and when I reach out for information, I am met with an unacceptable attitude. This lack of professionalism is concerning and does not align with the standards I expect from AutoZone.
I urge you to take immediate action to improve customer service at this location. It is essential for maintaining customer loyalty and trust. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Nathan was very helpful ! He also came out into the rain and put my wipers on that had broke while in traffic . Had a great convo and at the end he wished myself and my kids well & told us to have a great thanksgiving!
