CVS Pharmacy in LOUISA provides pharmacy, health, and wellness needs. The store is well organized and clean, with friendly and efficient store staff always willing to assist customers. Staff in the pharmacy have always been kind and intend to be helpful, working in a quick manner. However, the pharmacy could be more efficient and timely, with wait times often described as way too long and the line as ridiculous. The drive-through pharmacy isn't available. Some note the staff has a high turnover rate and that the store sign and parking lot need attention. Customers appreciate the products and especially the coupons, along with weekly deals and savings. The location offers time-saving options to help when life gets busy.
Louisa, VA CVS is just outstanding with Customer Service!! I accidentally dropped part of my items when leaving store...she ran out & caught ne (82) getting in car...thus saving a return 40 mike round trip & headache!! Bless them!! franki & Merle Parde

I took packages in to be returned by UPS. The girl behind the counter was very rude only because I wanted to stay and hear it being scanned and see it. She made a comment to another customer as I was leaving that she had told me that I could leave but apparently I did not trust her.

The staff is rude and the phone system is horrible. No discounts for meds. 8 can get the same Albuterol spray for $10.00 at Walgreens. Cvs wants $30.00.
