“I came to the USPS with three passport applications. All fully completed electronically, sorted by folder for each of my children, and a packet fully built with payment information, required documentation, etc. Donna was awesome in processing my three applications. Granted the Government requires a lot of manual work by these USPS even if you come prepared, Donna still made the process easier. Second time ordering passports through this location and we will absolutely do it a third time when they expire. Great job Donna and team!”
