“I stopped by this 7-Eleven, because the coffee maker wasn't working and we didn't have any milk. This 7-Eleven seemed really well stocked, they have a few options of coffee you can get by just tapping a button, and they have milk. Which is what I came in for. They also have all sorts of things that you may not want to go to the grocery store for, or just a late night snack. I didn't realize 7- Eleven had their own savings card, since I didn't have the card, I couldn't get the deal on the milk, so I only got one.This is a fine place to stop when you need to get something on the go. Expect to pay higher prices due to the convenience.”
“I needed help switching from my ancient Samsung (How old? 2019) to a newer refurbished one I purchased off Amazon. I came in on a weekend. There was no wait (score!). The owner, Joe, was incredibly helpful. He worked through shifting all apps and data over, got me on a call expeditiously with Verizon for one thing that couldn't be handled in the store (because my SIM was sooooo old), and ensured everything was good to go. He gave me reputable points of contact to fix the problem with my old phone so I can hand it down to my kids. Joe was very friendly and knowledgeable. I literally didn't purchase anything from this location but he was happy to help me. I really appreciate it. Very happy to have this Verizon location so close to home.”

“It’s a quick stop for soda and sundries. Kathy makes it our location of choice. She’s always busy taking care of the details in the store. Kathy is the best convenience store manager I’ve ever seen. On top of organized and keeping the store running, Kathy is always positive and goes above and beyond. So refreshing in a world where no one seems to know how to work anymore.

“Paying for convenience, time and lots more!
There are store-specific reasons that make our 7-11 on Washington St in Bolivar-Harpers Ferry 25425, better than other options. This 7-11 has the best management, staff, customer service and care I’ve ever seen. They’re running circles around other stores. I’ve asked for a couple things to be added to the inventory: they make a note and if possible, it’s available there in a short time!
They are also our local liquor store and they listen to suggestions on what the local folks want to buy. I wish all places had this kind of service but I’m glad it’s still the norm for “my store”.
