This place and the people that work there are a true blessing. I had to say goodbye to by furbaby pretty suddenly. I knew I was going to do in home services and wanted to have her cremated. When looking through all the options in the area, this place stuck out. When I read the Winnie the Pooh quote on their website I knew immediately this was the right place to make sure my baby was taken care of. They really do answer the phone 24/7. They are compassionate, caring people. They went above and beyond to make me as informed and involved as possible. I can not recommend them enough in such a difficult time. When its time for me to say good bye to our other fur babies we will absolutely be using them.

I completely trust and recommend Rainbow Bridge Pet Services to honor and treat your pet with dignity. I would like to recognize and thank Logan for the compassion and empathy he showed to our family and three pets in a span of three months. Logan showed genuine care and attention to detail each time. Their whole process is dignified - from their compassionate service to time to say a final goodbye to the hand-carved wooden urn, paw print, hair clipping, certificate, vial of ashes, and rainbow bridge poem. I was hesitant about pet cremation, but Logan patiently answered all of our questions and alleviated our concerns. Our family will always use Rainbow Bridge Pet Services. Thank you, Logan, for doing what you do so well and so compassionately.

Prompt, courteous, compassionate, responsive, and my dog's ashes were in a beautiful Rosewood box. Paw Pringle ornaments are available, as well as a small vial of ashes with which you can make a necklace.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience after suddenly losing one of our dogs. It was after business hours and our vet had already closed for the evening. Logan and Zane were incredibly kind and prompt, even though it was 8pm at night.I met Logan to drop off my Golden’s remains with my 9 year old son. Logan was gentle and patient, but also knowledgeable and answered every question we had, even the curious ones from my son which he did with such grace.Rainbow Bridge was able to have our pups ashes back to us the very next day. The wooden urn is beautiful, the extra glass vials of ashes were delicately put together and the paw print was carefully crafted. They clearly take great pride in their work.We have had a few dogs pass away in our life time, but this is the first time we’ve used Rainbow Bridge Pet Services. We will only be using them from here on out. Highly recommend.Thank you Logan and Zane.

Yesterday we lost our beloved Micky, my best friend of thirteen years. He was old, but it happened suddenly, and no matter how prepared I tried to be for that moment, I wasn’t. I called the place I originally planned to use, just to find out they did a send away service which would take 10 or so days. The service provided through the vet was similar. I could not imagine that wait, or that thought, so I called places…Zane got back to me incredibly fast. And after a couple discussions we ended up keeping him with us for the night, and driving him ourselves to their location in WV (it was actually an easy, and nice drive from the DMV) this morning. Logan was waiting for us there, had such a calming and friendly presence. For what is an extremely sad, morbid experience - he made me feel comfortable. He talked us through the process, let’s us spend whatever time we wanted / needed with our boy. I left after I said my goodbyes and my husband stayed with Logan. He let us pick whatever toys we wanted to send him off with too. They had a whole trailer for us to use, to get some much needed sleep after a sleepless night, with drinks, bathroom, etc. It was an unexpected addition to the service they were already providing us. I was unsure about my choice to take his body with us and then bring him there ourselves the next day, but all involved were super helpful and supportive and I wouldn’t change a thing about my decision. I felt like I had extra time to say goodbye, and it is an irreplaceable gift to have had that when I look back on it. Thank you guys

I can't say enough about the staff at Rainbox Bridge. Our Daisy passed away while my GF and I were on vacation. Rainbox Bridge was the first place that popped up and called. The staff there was so empathetic. As I was trying to coordinate with our dog/house sitter and Rainbox Bridge, they were more than accommodating talking at times with myself, my GF, and the dog sitter to make arrangements. They weren't worried about getting the credit card number and payment and just wanted to make sure we got things organized. Our sitter was able to drop of Daisy there and they were able to hold her till we got back so we could say our final goodbyes. Going up there, you could feel the empathy in all the employees you dealt with. Never feeling rushed, never feeling like they were trying to sell you things. Understanding that you are grieving. The box you get with the private creamation, along with the paw print that we added on was absolutely perfect. Thank you again for helping make what was already a very difficult situation just a little bit less stressful.

I used Rainbow Bridge Pet services nearly two years ago and I still treasure the experience. I was getting a necropsy done away from home and per the lab's protocal, I could not have my rabbit's body returned to me. Rainbow Bridge did a wonderful job ensuring her body was taken care of and returned to me. I was aware of each step of the process as it happened, which was especially nice since she was so far from home. They were absolutely wonderful through a really tough situation and I would absolutely recommend to a friend, or use their services again. Fairly priced for the priceless gift of caring for your loved critters remains and the memorial pieces they include.

Rainbow Bridge Pet Services was wonderful during the difficult process of saying goodbye to my longtime companion Tux. They allowed me the ability to bring him to their crematorium myself and bring him home that day. So that I knew it was my boy Tux who I brought home. I had never cremated a pet before and they explained the whole process to me. I'm someone who finds great comfort in being informed on what is happening and they didn't mind providing that information. Everyone from the company I interacted with was very kind.

I’m so happy I chose them for my dog Chloe’s cremation. I was able to bring her home much faster than going through lap of love, at the same price and most importantly I was able to trust that it was actually her I was bringing back. They also had fantastic customer service. They called from their own cell phones instead of going through an automated system or message service and they even met me there an hour earlier than they open so I could pick her up.

Our poor dog passed very suddenly and traumatically. I didn’t know what to do and Rainbow Bridge was the first place I called. There was no judgment, just sympathy and compassion. They retrieved my dog the next morning after telling us how to handle the situation. There are no words to say how thankful I am for them. We drove an hour away to retrieve our dog’s ashes. Along with with ashes in a lovely box, they gave us clippings of his fur, a vial, and six paw prints we would give to our closest friends and family. It doesn’t my heart well to know they took such good care and respect his remains. It was well worth the price.

I have nothing but positive things to saw about Rainbow Bridge Pet Services. Our beloved girl Sasha passed away yesterday morning and Zane was quick to come and get her from us. His compassion for our feelings left us in awe. He explained everything so well and we knew our bestest girl was in great hands. Thank you for all the amazing work you do. In the tough moments right after tragedy hits the last thing on your mind is asking all the questions. We’re more at ease having our beloved pup back home with us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Due to kidney failure sadly we had to euthanize our 23 yo cat on Wednesday. Friskie had 2 vets, one was holistic. They both recommended different cremation companies, both promised private cremations. I did extensive research into the 2 different companies and found complaints against both. Losing bodies, sending wrong pets paw prints etc. I rejected both. I was very determined to get the right company as we cremated our other cat 20 years ago and found out years later it was a communal cremation, not ashes of our beloved cat. Then I found Rainbow bridge, a family owned and run business. They also own kennels. First I spoke to Zane who assured me that Friskies ashes will be hers and hers only. Me being the cynic I am I decided to drive Friskie's body myself to the crematorium and stay with her all steps of the process. Logan, the owners son, greeted me and gave me time to say goodbye. He told me to take my time and let him know when I was ready. It took me a good 15 minutes until I could let go. There was no rushing me at all. Logan told me in advance what to expect in the chamber room. Then Logan took Friskie into the chamber room as I followed. I was pleasantly surprised that each chamber was large enough for only one body. This place only did private cremations. This was very reassuring. Logan was very patient with my questions. About an hour and a half the process was complete. I left with the ashes which Logan placed in a beautiful carved wooden box. Logan also put some ashes in a tiny vial so you can carry them as you want along with some fur clippings. All were lovingly wrapped with a ribbon.Going to the crematorium yourself with your beloved pet is not for everyone. But it is something I wanted to do just to be 100% certain the cremains were of my cat only. If you decide to go as I did, be assured you and your pet will be greeted and handled with kid gloves. Logan and his dad, very friendly, made me feel at ease, offering coffee and lunch although I didn't feel like eating. There was another very nice man named John too.I highly recommend Rainbow Bridge to everyone even if you don't go to the crematorium as I did. You can be assured the cremains will be of your pet and your pet only. They also offer extras like paw prints.

Our dog Lucky just passed yesterday, something that was too sudden to even process, still…. It took my family a while to say our goodbyes and by then most of the other places were closed.Thank goodness for Rainbow Bridge Pet Services, they were helpful, accommodating and so sweet. We dropped him off last night around 8pm and by this afternoon Logan called, saying that Lucky’s box will be ready around 3pm. I’ve never had to arrange a funeral or dealt with death first hand like this, so being able to find a trusted place that was quick and efficient made a world of a different. Thank you again Logan, for your patience and service. The best thing people can do for others is providing their honest and helpful service when it’s needed most, and you sure did that for Lucky and my family. I can never thank you enough.
