The worst bank I have ever been to in my life tried to take a check and cash it and they refused because a bullshit excuse, took it to another truist in another town and had absolutely no problem I wouldn't go here if this was the last bank in existence!!!!

Staff has become so rude and serves the drive through so sporadically that I had 3 cars come after me before I had to complain.

This bank is one of the Worst I've had in my entire life at the age of 24 I've had a bank account since 5 years old only starting to use it about The age of 12 and I've never had as many problems I've had in the last 3 months working with these guys. When I moved down from New York I was supposed to have a debit card in a week, here I am still 3 months down the road with no debit card and continuous fees that I was not informed of. Over all a terrible terrible terrible experience it is truly sad that the nice people that work there have to work for such a terrible company. For a summary unless you wanna get screwed out of money and get pushed around for months and months and months with false promises find another bank.

Never use this branch of this bank for business transactions. The company I work for has to use them for our Luray branch. We have had the worst service anyone could have when it comes to depositing payments. They have misplaced deposits repeatedly and have never admitted to making a mistake. Instead, they try to pawn it off on anyone and/or anything they possibly can. People make mistakes. That is completely understandable. It is 100% UNACCEPTABLE to make mistakes and blame everyone but yourself. We have caught this branch of BB&T in so many lies when they try to explain why a deposit mysteriously 'disappeared" and/or "reappeared". The company I work for has had enough. We are officially looking into changing banks today. If you run your own business, franchise, company, etc. - I recommend just about any bank other than the BB&T in Luray because they are pathetic at their jobs and take no responsibility for their actions
