“Overall, this is a good facility if you understand what it is: an *un-staffed* wash with both automated and manual bays.
There are two automated bays – one is touchless (water/cleaning solution spray only) and the other has rubber-like brushes. I’ve used both automated bays multiple times, and (so far) I haven’t had any scratches from the brush bay, and the touchless bay gets pollen and most junk off. Never had a payment issue, and at the time of this review, there are two phone numbers on the Pay Stations for the automated bays if you have an issue. Currently, the dryer timer on the automated touchless isn’t working, but seems to run for ~45 seconds.
There are several vacuum units, one of which (black hose, corner by the touch bay entrance) has an interesting quirk. They’re quarter machines, and currently cost $1 (4 quarters) to run for….something between 3-5 minutes. I did a deep clean, putting $10 into the same machine, and the running interval was different each time. So, it seems you’ll get an average of 4 minutes for $1.
There are a few manual bays that I’ve never used, but they seem as popular as the automated bays.
There are bill changers on site, one of which was working at my last visit.
Overall, it’s a solid local option if you want a facility to wash yourself and/or an easy automated wash.”
