If you schedule a COVID vaccine at a specific time, you would expect to have that administered within a reasonable amount of time. I chose this location in anticipation that it would be an in and out, my previous three vaccinations at other locations were like that. So, why not at CVS in Luray? Wrong. I waited over 40 mins. I asked when I should expect my vaccination and was told: "She's drawing them up now" I will never return to this CVS. If you are reading this review, I don't recommend any service they offer. It's disappointing that an appointment driven system has no credibility, at least not at this location.

Problems with my prescriptions every time I fill them. Pharmacy phones are never answered, on hold for over 30 minutes at a time just to be disconnected. Went today to pick up my prescription and they billed it wrong, was told to come back in an hour and when I did they said they forgot to do it and come back in 30-44 minutes! They definitely need to get their ducks in order!!!

This CVS should get no stars at all today! Went in there looking for grocery items, and even though the sale advertisements were on full display, all the sale items were out! - BUT THEN I struck gold! Hellmans Mayonnaise- 75% off! Oh yes! Hello my love! Ummmm! - So I dug through the jars, looking at expiration dates, because the last jar I bought there was hideous beyond belief. - An insult and embarrassment to both the maker and the vendor. - So much so, that I ended up spitting it up and throwing it out, thus giving birth to the expiration date exam phenomenon. - As I sifted through the jars, all but two were expired, effective two months ago. The other two had acceptable expiration dates of October of this year. - So I grabbed the only (2) edible treasures, and made my way to the frowning, completely uninterested cashier that I had encountered, but admittedly preferred to avoid, earlier, and waited excitedly for my BOOM discount price to appear! - Which it did not. ... BECAUSE, according to the "too young to be such a grouch" "lady", - The Hellman's sale sign was posted in the wrong place, and did not pertain to the "model " I wanted to purchase. - OKAY! Over it! - Not willing to indulge in argument concerning mayonnaise or your sign layouts at this time, thank you! - Don't want it! - Good bye and f you! -- Have a nice day folks, and while you're at, beware of the expiration dates and scientific Sale signage, at least at this particularly poorly managed (or dishonest) retail drug store in this bimbuk pokey town. - While you're doing that, I'm going to munch down on the toasted chicken sandwich I created with the Hellmans Mayonnaise I bought at Walmart.

If I could give no stars I would have... This Luray,VA CVS pharmacy is without a doubt the worst in the world!! I have been several times to pickup my prescriptions and there at least 20-25 people waiting in line and one cashier to process all of the customers. There were also 6 or 7 employees behind the pharmacy counter and 3 at the front and yet no one ever comes to open another line for customers to pick up their medications. Why??? Just the lack of customer service is one thing but then after waiting over an hour to get to the front of the line to be told my prescription was never sent to them... I know that was a lie because they sent my doctor a fax asking questions about the prescription (I saw the fax myself). Another prescription was then sent to CVS from my doctor and still was never filled!! I just gave up and had it filled at another pharmacy. Sad thing is, I have to use CVS because that is where my insurance says all 30 day prescriptions are to be filled. I will just try another CVS in another town... perhaps they will be better then this one!!
