Comments:\tLast Friday I placed a phone call to inquire about availability of a chainsaw. The person that answered the phone had told me that the lady in the department had just left for lunch and would call me back. She called me back around 1:30 and told me that there were 2 at the store. My reason for checking availability was because I live over an hour away and wanted to be sure I wasn’t wasting my trip. I drove to the store and arrived at 3:30 pm and walked straight to the chainsaw department, she asked if I was the person that called,I said yes. She unlocked the cable holding the saw to the wall, I picked it up, looked at it, asked about purchasing a bigger bar, she said she had to ask her manager. After a phone call was made, she took the chainsaw and said I couldn’t have it, someone else was coming to look at it, completely wasting my time and money driving over there. Please tell me what I could have done differently to avoid this??

Store was a top notch environment . Sales associates were friendly and promptly asked if they could assist in any way ... 2 thumbs up !

Prices are on the high side. I had a wierd experience there when I asked where the lumber was. First there was an inquisition about what I wanted like I couldn't see for myself and when they finally let me into the secret limber room, a guy came and treated us as though we were where we weren't supposed to be. Likely won't return. It's only 30 minutes to Lowes.
