Just had employees following me around to stare at me and they were pointing and laughing like literal children. It’s sad you cannot shop in peace. I don’t understand why people go out of their way to make a stranger feel completely terrible about themselves when they’re doing a simple task. Will NEVER go to this store again and I will be super loud about this.

Glad it was here, because I followed my usual travel plans. That would include forgetting common household items. Was able to get toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and a cheap t shirt for horse riding fun. Just like their other stores, this is nothing fancy. They do have a lot of, what I would consider to be junk. Yet when it comes to household items, very good deals including toothpaste, that came in handy. This store is right off of 211, about a mile west of Luray Caverns. It's got a huge parking lot, and actually it is quite busy. My best guess is the Super Walmart next door takes some of their business, but just like other times, this store was pretty loaded with shoppers. Employees made checkout reasonably fast. As for organization, it's okay and some prices vary. For the most part you can save a few bucks here, so it does serve a purpose.

Terrible customer service. Went into store and even with social distancing and masks supposeTo be worn the lady behind me was right up next to me at check out bumping me with her mask around her throat. My husband asked her to step back and she just got closer. As we were walking out of the store the cashier apologized to her her our behavior for asking her to step back instead of having her step back on the x on the floor. 6 FEET, this was like 2 inches. Tried calling multiple toEs to speak to a manager and all I got for 5 hours was a voicemail. This is unacceptable!!!
