“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Vivian’s The arrangement they created was absolutely beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Every flower was thoughtfully selected and arranged with great care, and the finished product was truly stunning. It was evident that a great deal of attention, creativity, and pride went into making it special.
Placing my order online was incredibly easy and convenient. The entire process was simple and straightforward, which gave me confidence that everything would be handled properly. Their communication was also excellent from beginning to end. I was kept informed, my questions were answered, and I never had to wonder about the status of my order.
It was an absolute pleasure working with Don. He was professional, kind, attentive, and genuinely interested in making sure every detail was right. That personal level of service made the entire experience even better. Don made me feel like my order truly mattered, and that kind of care is becoming increasingly rare.
They delivered not only a beautiful arrangement but also an outstanding customer experience. Their combination of quality, convenience, excellent communication, and personal service sets them apart. If you are looking for a florist who will listen to what you want and create something meaningful and beautiful, I highly recommend Vivian’s Flower Shop. They have earned my highest recommendation, and I would gladly trust Don with any future floral needs.”
