“Just spent two nights at the inn this past weekend. The inn is amazing and in walking distance to everything on Main Street. The decor, the room, and the property 10/10. The host Art is a great guy. He is very knowledgeable about the area gave excellent recommendations on local restaurants and things to do. We took his recommendation on where to eat and his choices did not disappoint. The room we stayed in was very cozy. All amenities up to date. (WiFi, Roku tv, etc) I liked that each room has two entrances and exits meaning we didn’t have to go through the home to get to our room every time. The breakfast was also very tasty. Art had selections from the local bakery each morning for us to eat. We will be coming back.”

Kudos to our greeters and check in people-- we appreciated being lucky enough to extend our stay a night this trip. Our rooms are always clean. Housekeeping makes sure our room is white glove ready, and they instantly have extra towels and toiletries as needed Thank you, Housekeeping. The food! Circa 31's breakfast is a perfect way to start the day, and we finish with a phenomenal dinner at the Speakeasy. Fresh, flavorful and fun. We have eaten so many meals here-- best service in any restaurant we have enjoyed. Thank you to the chefs, prep cooks, and kind servers. Modern amenities contained within this beautiful historic Mimslyn Inn ensure creature comforts as well. The Mimslyn Inn's management team has much to celebrate. “I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Laurence in Luray, Virginia and overall, it was a delightful experience. The cozy rooms were undoubtedly the highlight of my stay. The bathroom while the shower was slightly small had great amenities.However, it is worth noting that the hotel lacks certain amenities that some travelers may expect. There is no breakfast and it is self check in. Nevertheless, the convenience of having various restaurants and stores nearby more than made up for this. It was incredibly convenient to have dining options just a short walk away, allowing me to indulge in the local cuisine without having to travel far.One of the standout aspects of Hotel Laurence is its beautiful historic building. The architecture exudes charm and character, reflecting the rich history of Luray. It was a pleasure to be able to stay in such a well-preserved and iconic structure. “Stayed here for a wedding up in Luray. The rooms were clean and they even gave us real keys. They also have discounts on local tourist spots. The balcony was very pretty. Great spot as luray caverns is right across the street.Nearby activities: Luray caverns”
