“Although I ship regularly due to my business, I needed to ship a package to Germany last week. Michelle, at the main counter, was very helpful. In addition to helping me pack the contents, she was very knowledgeable about the paperwork and processes needed to ship the package. I have sometimes used UPS or USPS and have found FedEx express to deliver in a timely manner and unlike the others, employees have always been friendly and courteous.”

“I drop off larger packages I'm sending out here occasionally, the place always smells so nice and the lady working is very friendly. My only suggestion would be to have one of the doors open the opposite way, it's hard to pull the door open with a handful of packages.”
