Car ran hot had to pull over no choice but to call for a tow. Carsheild set it up received quick efficient service from these gentleman, from luray to my dealership of choice in culpeper. Outstanding service! Thank you for making a stressful situation less stressful.

This shop is so wonderful that they are going on my Christmas card list. I have had so many challenging automotive or towing issues, and Steve has ALWAYS come through. He genuinely cares about his customers, and his wife and all of the guys in his shop are stellar humans too.
Steve has helped me with not only passenger vehicles, but with my motorhome and travel trailer too.
I jokingly call him my Best Friend, only I'm not actually joking. He has helped me out of some major jams, gone above and beyond for me, and I will be forever grateful to everyone affiliated with this shop for keeping me mobile when everything around me was breaking down, including my spirits.
These guys are absolute lifesavers.

Last year I was broke down. There was a gentleman in his car on his cell in the parking lot and he gave me the number to Steve’s and Steve was there in like maybe 10 mins. Very happy with his service.

We broke down coming up 211. I had a feeling our transmission was involved but confirmed our coolant reservoir had certainly cracked. I called our roadside assistance number who set us up with Steve and his assistant, Dennis. They came out with a semi tow truck and safely towed us, our pets and our truck and trailer directly to our site in the campground we stayed at a few miles away. The great thing is we didn't have to pay for the truck since only our RV was covered for assistance as Steve got us a "two for one" deal! When he mentioned owned a diesel shop and could help, I thankfully agreed for him to tow our truck to his shop (ironically only a few miles from our campground). Unfortunately for us, our transmission had failed but Steve and his wife, Carolyn, were able to source us a Jasper transmission the next day. They had us up and running within three days, new transmission, fixed coolant issue and overall check over. Super friendly, professional, caring and compassionate, I will gladly make the two hour trip for Steve and his crew to service our truck again. Highly recommended! Thanks so much, Steve, Carolyn, Dennis, and crew!

My father-in-law was stuck 2 miles from his house and his insurance company said it would take 2 hours to get to him. We called Steve's and he was there in 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

Steve was so so kind and helpful. We had to get towed off the mountain late at night. He kindly helped us not only with our car including repairs but also helped us find accommodations to stay the night. Price was reasonable

Steve's towed me out of a snow bank on Skyline Drive. Showed up when they said they would, courteous and efficient, and stayed on site until I was safely away. I hope I never get stuck in snow in April again, but if I do, I'll call these guys.
