I bought a tiler already put together. I bought the last of March, put in building. Tried to use it for the first time May 1, 2025. They have all put on backwards. Tines goes backwards, wheels goes frontwards. Reverse goes fast forward. Went out there and was told manager would call me back when they got in. A week went by and called and was told the same. Contacted the main corp in Tennessee and they didn't answer until BBB was contacted. They said over a week ago they sent Luray a email to get in touch with me, but over a week they didn't. I wished I listened to people in Luray and didn't buy it there. I used to shop all the time there but a very bad customer support. Missed out on having a garden except digging holes to put plants in that I had. Do not buy anything big here

Giving one star. Why because when my father came for a part, he had the same thing that was broken so he could show what he needed. They still chose to sell him the wrong part. When he tried to bring it back for a refund/exchange they told him no. Even though it was on them for selling the wrong part.

I got my propane tanks filled here. The person filling my tanks was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. The price per gallon was comparable to others.

I purchased a riding lawnmower, online two days ago and got it delivered yesterday. When the riding lawnmower arrived, there was already 12 hours on it and no one could figure out why. I called the store with my concerns and spoke with Edie the store manager and we figured out a solution. She refunded me $150 back onto my credit card without hesitating. Although the hours are still on the new riding lawnmower, I am not upset because this store knew how to handle a situation like this. Thank you very much!

The place is alr, everything is a bit pricey but the Managers are not fair with their workers. They never tell the workers is there is a problem or how to do something. Training new workers is not good and they just expect them to know everything. Most workers there are very lazy and inappropriate with other workers. Don't recommend going there or working there.

Go there for dog supplies.. great choices.They have a good selection of farm, home, and personal as well. They have a large selection of boots. Great store friendly staff

I want to start off by thanking Edie, Shelby. And Aaron. These 3 people where so helpful and polite. Aaron loaded my truck and trailer with 4 tons of wood pellets and was very careful and did a great job. I will diffently shop there again. I hope that these 3 get the Recognition they deserve because they are excellent Tractor supply employees.
