I was high up on Massanutten Mountain on a very difficult, steep, bumpy gravel path when I experienced significant vehicle issues due to wildlife. “I bought a 2010 Mazda Tribute (5 speed/manual) in 2016. The first week I had it the clutch master cylinder went bad. Atkins auto paid everything except $300.00 to replace it. 9 years later, I still have that vehicle. When I bought it, it had around 98,000 miles. It now has 278,000+ miles. She's still going strong. The only thing I've had to replace, other than brakes and tires (which I've only replaced my tires 2 times, because I do regular mantenance on my car) is the ignition switch about 2 yrs ago. I personally think that with any used vehicle you have to look the vehicle over well, have it pre-inspected by a reputable mechanic and do a thorough test drive.. Once, I knew I was going to be about 5 days late with my payment. I called and explained my circumstance and there was no issue. I would and have recommended Atkins to people. I'm very pleased with my vehicle and how I was always treated by the staff at Atkins Auto.”
