lost my $75 money order when called to track it was told i had to write the tracking number on the envelope. i’ve sent them before and never had this problem until they lost this one.

Horrible experience in this post office today (12/15/2020) with unsafe pandemic conditions. Signage states there can be no more than 10 clients at a time in the lobby and there were 15 all congregating by the door. Additionally, 2 patrons were not wearing masks. The worst issue was that 2 of the 3 front desk clerks were NOT WEARING MASKS. This is a federal government establishment. This is unacceptable.
