Unfortunately, people have a nasty attitude. The chicken quesadillas are trash, not enough filling, and are burnt on the edges. Pepperoni taquito pretty decent.

Food was okay. Employees were in there talking trash about another coworker in front of customers. Saying "He stinky..he's dumb and slow as hell." I would hate if they were my coworkers...

This does not apply to all of the staff, but two of the male cashiers have kept me from coming back they are consistently rude to me and my wife. The cashiers will take forever to attend the counter without any engagement to set the expectation of a delay, they will then talk down to you and talk back to you at the first opportunity they have to do so. These people always seem to be working when I find my way to this location and given that I've just chosen to avoid 7-11 all together. These employees will ruin your day and then some while smuggly staring at you as you get to your car and leave. Unless a change is made I won't be returning.Again this only applies to the two male cashiers(I'm not familiar with any other males at this location) and these guys typically work in the afternoon/evening.

service sucks I was charged 3 times during a split payment with credit card was charged 36.42 51.27 and 27.01 on one card and 27.01 twice on another card both have been over drafted and I have to pay overdraft fees waith 3-5 business days for my bank to send paperwork send that back and wait 5-10 business days for all payments to reverse and to sum it up I paid for 17.00 worth of merchandise and was charged $145.00 would like to be reimbursed please Thanks to Ms.Laura in Lynchburg Va Bedford Ave 711 I now have to pay a late fee for my rent due to the overdrafts because rent us due from the 1-5th of each month.

My experience with the staff is that they are very polite and friendly--especially Laura.I went here looking for snacks. They have a number of healthy selections--and surprising selections. I was able to buy biltong, vegan cookies, and Sahale snacks, which according to their website you can't find in Lynchburg. That's enough for a return visit for me!
