I don't expect any royal treatment from any place, but they dont even pretend to be nice. Night staff is rude and act like you're a bother to them just by simply being there. Idk it's whatever

Went to pick up my pickup order that said it was “ready” only to wait 10 minutes and have the girl making my order huffing and puffing the whole time. She also handled my food poorly as it was thrown into hot dog containers carelessly and made a mess all over our bag. After we went to go checkout for something else, she was tapping her fingers impatiently because I apparently wasn’t inputting the payment method fast enough for her. I’d give negative stars if I could… not the first bad experience with this place.

The night shift here is always SO rude. My fiancé and I have had problems with 3 different workers here over them inputting incorrect prices, not letting us enter our rewards info (to pay for our order using 7-11 $), and giving us poor customer service every time—even when we bring our toddler. They have no respect.
This is no reflection of the daytime shift. The supervisor and regular cashier during the day are PHENOMENAL. I wish I could say the same for their evening replacements.

I stop in this location a couple of times a month. Normally I get great service. The store has always been clean. My last time in my credit card would not go through so I paid in cash. I walked to my car and got an alert on my phone notifying me of my purchase at 7/11. I went back inside and told the clerk that my credit card was charged for the purchase after I paid cash. She told me that there was nothing she could do except notify her manager and assured me that they would reverse the charge. They never did that or did they make any effort to pay me back my money. Be careful with this store. I personally will not be buying anything else from this particular location.

Since opening, this has been my go to store. Very clean. Extremely nice clerks at the register and great selection of grab and go hot foods. By far the nicest convenience store in Lynchburg.

My experience working here was awful unfortunately, I was subjected to physical assault by a customer, and had to endure racial remarks just a few days ago from my own co-worker Rosa; even after emailing hire ups, and explaining how deeply this situation affected me to my manager Ishwor, the situation was treated lightly, and I felt less than human to the point that I quit.
