I know absolutely nothing about cars…I am in college and I was stranded in a parking lot because my car couldn’t start. Carson came out and helped me jumpstart my car and gave excellent advice and was very patient with all my questions. He even called back to make sure I made it back to my college campus safely. 10/10 service. I recommended to everyone.

So apparently they don't offer diesel delivery under their 'fuel delivery' roadside assistance. Even though they have that listed as one of their options. I pay for a premium membership and have only ever used it one time, which was fuel delivery for diesel.. now all of a sudden they don't do it?? I don't understand why you'd even list that as an option if it's not something you offer

Professional, Caring and Attentive this is exactly how I describe Juanita (Dispatch) and Evelyn (Service) for my emergency roadside service needs on June 10th when my car stalled out in the middle of a busy intersection. As I faced dread of a possible accident the two of them put in action my rescue within minutes and I was moved to safe ground without a hitch. Thank you both for being so Good at what you do.

AAA Roadside assistance wants to take your money immediately but withhold benefits for 7 days. This is not right and good customer service.\nI am wanting the service and willing to pay today (Wednesday) but will want the benefits for a road trip the following Friday, not 7 days from now.

I wasted my time driving to this AAA location. We are taking a European vacation for four people. We had researched flights and pricing, which was amazingly higher in price than a couple of years ago, pre-covid. So I was hoping that AAA might find lower pricing than what I could find. I walked in around 10 AM on Tuesday, showed my AAA card, and said that I needed to get some competitive airfare pricing. Even though I was the only customer in the building and there were at least four employees at desks being casual, I was told that they could not see me without an appointment, and the earliest would be on Friday. Sorry, but this is poor service, not even to ask me any brief details of my request. This is just another in a string of incidents over the past few years that have me wondering why I continue to maintain my AAA membership.

Such slow service! I called to get towed when I broke down @9PM. I gave up after and hour 1/2 and had a friend pick me up. They called the wrong person on the account at 3 AM who had no idea what was going on and 3 states away!!!

I signed up for a membership at this store, with a transfer from the previous state I lived in. Not only did they sign me up for a NEW membership, they never canceled my old one or even transferred me to VA.The level of incompetence is appalling. I was charge not only for myself, but for my wife’s membership as well. And neither of us have gotten cards, which I have called and left numerous voicemails for.I have had to deal directly with a AAA corporate office in order to not only get a refund, but to actually be assigned to the proper district for my membership.Do not use this office, just use AAA over the phone or online, you will save yourself time and money.

We went here to get passport photos and to browse travel trinkets. The woman who helped us went out of her way to accommodate our children. I would highly recommend this AAA location.
