Mollie is AMAZING! Very proficient and knows her job well. Her smile and friendliness made me feel like I was family. I had a hundred questions and she answered them all professionally and promptly. The customer service here is out of this world and the process was smooth. Highly recommend Ace.

We visited the Ace Check Cashing establishment in Lynchburg Va on Wards Rd and as we entered, from behind the counter all we heard was, “what chall need” and the supervisor, presumably, heard the same. Western Union sent us there to cash a money order that was returned unpaid by the bank but gave us a legal copy of the money order along with a letter. We stated we had a letter and a copy of the money order from the bank and the lady said to us, (while patting on her chest) “We Ace not the bank and we need the original money order”. We knew exactly where we were and were simply telling her what Western Union said to us, to do. We understand and understood the Ace policy but from the greeting to the exit, it was an embarrassing interaction. The only thing I can say is do better.
