Once David educated me on these lights I just had to have them for my business. I love how I can play with the settings. The team came out and did one heckuva pretty install too. They look like they are suppose to be there. I can’t wait to put up my Christmas theme.

Estimator was scheduled to come at 3:00pm but showed up at 2:00pm. Might not seem like a big deal, but from a professionalism standpoint, showing up an hour early creates an inconvenience for the customer. I was told about two 10% discounts that were available if I wanted them. When the invoice came, I had no option available other than to accept them. Hitch is that 1 discount requires a 3-year agreement. The 2nd discount allows them to set up your lights in October. It was nice to offer the discount, but people should have a choice. They were also booked until the 2nd week of December. They weren't working weekends, and it took $160 worth of tips to get them to come earlier. This was on top of the very hefty price tag for not a lot of lights or true time on the job. Not sure they're someone I would hire again.
