I walked in at 12:40 just needing a pedicure. I left feel like a new person in less than 30 mins. Wonderful staff. Great atmosphere. Not busy. Very thorough.

Sent my mom and my little girl to get pedicures today they waited an hour to be next, two other ladies came in after them for walk in appointments as well and they took them instead of my mom and daughter who arrived first #disappointed

I had to wait longer than I would have liked for Tuesday afternoon, but I was a walk-in. The check-in process was a little confusing because they were the reception desk, but no one was mailing it. I found out from one of the other customers that I should tell the lady to my right doing nails when I was there for. Other than these small things, I was thrilled with my experience. I had to wait longer than where I usually go but my results I was much happier with. Beth did my nails and she did a fantastic job. I am not sure of the name of the man that did my pedicure, but he also did a very good job. I will definitely return and I would recommend this to other people. It was definitely worth waiting.

Noel the nail technician is very good and VERY kind! Amy the owner is one of the RUDEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER MET! I was determined to be nice inspite of her rudeness.. but after several years of trying to win her over with kindness… I finally asked her if I had done something to offend her… she loudly went off on me.. said no I had not done anything… and told me I was no longer welcome. Apparently Amy does not need more business. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!!

I don’t know how this place stays open. After seeing the pedicure my wife was getting I had to get up and leave. I was not waisting my time getting a poor quality pedicure. Not to mention how unsanitary things seem to be and how uncomfortable the chairs are. I recommend going to ANS it’s a much better place to get a pedicure or manicure.

I had a very pleasant experience there and would go back. My only negative comment was I had to wait a whole hour for my standard nail polish 💅 to dry they did not use quick drying spray or the air dryer.

Amy is very very rude. Reminds me of a two year old that doesn’t know how to regulate their emotions. There are so many nails salons in this area you can go to instead. Nail spot and spa is awesome! Great hospitality too! I guarantee you won’t be yelled at by the owner there.
(Amy, I know you read these and bad mouth us to your current customers. Have fun!)

I was treated very rudely as well as the other girls in the waiting room. I have had several horrible experiences at this salon.

My service was awful and the owner of the store was very rude and inconsiderate. Her customer service is 0. I waited an 1.5 hour for a pedicure and they still didn’t do anything. So I walked out. I will never come back to this place. Would not recommend.

Last weekend was my first visit to Amy nails. I was a walk in so didn't realize how busy they were. It seemed as though they only had a few nail techs working on a Saturday which was odd seeming that it would likely be one of their busier days of the week. I waited over an hour to be seen and the job was rushed, it was probably the worst leg massage I've ever had from a pedicure, it was pretty much non-existent. I will give them one more try because friends have given them a high rating. Maybe my visit was an anomaly.

I used to love Amy Nails and would always speak praises about them, however after my recent experience I no longer can support the business. I went in to get my gel manicure soaked off and waited patiently for 30 minutes to do so. However, after watching Amy bring back two women who walked in after me to get mani-pedis, I spoke up and asked when I would be seen to soak off my gel. She said that she sees people in order and doesn’t take one customer before another. I pointed out that I came in before them and she walked away and called me a “rude woman” to another customer. When another employee walked to the waiting area, my fiancé asked her when I could be seen, as we had been waiting for 30 minutes and people who came after us got seen before me. She checked with Amy and came back saying “You’ll have to talk to Amy about it, she’s being very mean right now.” After that I walked out.
