If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband and I had arranged to go look at a vehicle early this morning. The very nice sales person from the night before had arranged for it to be cleaned and ready for us at 9 AM. Despite our prompt arrival, my husband had to wait about 20 minutes for the salesman to be available. During this time, while he was thinking of bringing our toddler in to look at all the cool new cars (especially the new Raptor Bronco, which is his favorite toy) he witnessed a manager (whom we believe is named Richard) yelling and cussing out his staff. This man was using such vulgarities, that my husband immediately opted for myself and our toddler to stay in our car, as we did not want to expose our son to such an obscene sight. This is too bad, as we were hoping to take a picture with our son with the new Bronco so he could show his friends at daycare. We thought Apple Ford was a very family-friendly place, however now we are not so sure. We have elected to take our business elsewhere, somewhere the staff are treated like family and customers are treated with respect. We hope the owner and management staff see this and arrange for better training for their employees to better serve the Lynchburg area. We were so disappointed.

Took the truck last month to do a repair, but they got the wrong part. Rescheduled to this month for what they said was 2 days. They are on day 4 now. And it is not done. It's requiring us to rent a car since it's going longer than expected.
I take it back. They rushed it and got it done on day 4.

I am almost a year into driving my new truck, so this review is overdue. Big shoutout to Duane Yuhas and the Apple Ford team! I ordered a truck through them, and Duane helped accommodate some changes I had made well after my order had been placed. Duane was professional and happy to address my questions any time I texted him. The overall purchase experience was smooth, and the team was not overly pushy, which means a lot nowadays, when a lot of other dealerships are hassling would be customers after simply browsing their websites.
My former car was a Prius that was pushing 20 years old. While the Maverick isn’t the greatest truck for towing, it has definitely made hauling a lot easier, with much better MPG than a lot of other Fords, and I am loving the bells and whistles that technology has brought to newer vehicles. I am happy with my purchase, and I would recommend Apple Ford to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

My son recently inherited a 2007 Ford Ranger. I found out it had a recall for both airbags. A quick call to the service dept and I had an appointment within a couple days. Had to wait for the airbags to come in. They offered a mobile service for this repair which made things so much easier. Very smooth process and the technician Darryl was on time, professional and had the repair done very quickly. Thanks again.

I recently had my first bit of routine maintenance preformed by Travis. Travis handled my concerns quickly and was sure to keep me informed through the entire process as well as going out of his way to accommodate my work schedule to make the appointment happen. The work was done in a timely manner and for half of the cost of taking it anywhere else. Travis is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to educate me about everything done to my car and a bit more just to help me make future automotive decisions. He’s reliable and a delight to work with. Absolutely give him a chance to work on your car ❤️

Iheb and the sales manager were the best to work with. Smoothest deal I’ve ever made and easiest buying process I’ve ever done. They were honest and straight forward the whole time. The vibe in the dealership is very nice and everyone is very friendly!! Will definitely recommend and will definitely buy here again 🙂

Car broke down, had no idea what to do. Travis was extremely friendly, helpful, and informative. He got me the soonest appointment, had my car squared away within a day, and went through every step of the process with the perfect attitude. If I ever need mechanical help again, I will be exclusively relying on his apt service and experience. Best customer service, hands down.

I recently had my F250 50K service performed at Apple Ford. They brought my air filter into the waiting room to show me it was covered in leaves and debris. I had an air and I will replace. as I was leaving, the air conditioner was not working. I took it back immediately and they determine that de is from putting the air filter back in caused a sensor to malfunction. They fixed and I left. I went to put in the new air filter and the dealership did not even clean out the air box or at least knock the debris off the air filter they took out and put back in. No wonder the sensor malfunctioned. They had two opportunities to at least clean the filter and air box out somewhat. Disappointing.

When you purchase a vehicle they are full of support. Great at conning you into an extended warranty too. Just wait until you utilize their service department. Service department lacks communication completely. I sure wish I listened to my coworkers and all of the reviews on Apple Ford.
