He both found my pick up order very quickly and when I asked him about another specialty item, he went to a lot of trouble to locate it in the store. In fact, he had to go back to "receiving" and then bring it up to the front of the store to me. He even offered to help me get it into the car. I am an older woman and so I really appreciated all his legwork and persistence, even though I did decline the help to the car because I felt I could handle it just fine. They went the extra mile and showed us not only basic functions, but also how to set up custom settings. They also balanced the machines so that they were level with the floor.
