This Hampton Inn restored my faith in the brand. I've been staying in HIs for decades and, of late, the brand has lost its allure. That said, this HI was very clean and either newer or recently renovated! Faith restored!!!

Easily located and less then 5 miles down same street to anything you could need or want. Close to Walmart, Mall with theater and alot of restaurants. Very convenient.

This is why I love Hampton Inn by Hilton. Every single one I’ve stayed across the united states has been great. The staff and customer service is A+. I love how Hilton screens there employees.
The front desk clerk Lateisha — I believe was her name — is very helpful, kind, and nice. Rooms were nice and clean filled with shampoo, body wash, conditioner.
I love how I can pick out my own room on the app, chat with front desk, and the use of the digital key. 2025 Hilton Gold Member here I come!!

It was a very good place to stay.I have no problem with the rooms They were very nice.The breakfast was great. My only issue is with the fact that you do not have a shuttle to the airport. I was actually told by a couple of people that I should just cross this busy 4 lane highway to get to the airport because it's just across the street. Not real keen on doing that at 3 o'clock in the morning. I have a 5 AM flight out of Lynchburg, and at the time of this writing, I am still looking for a ride to get me across the street. So I think that's something that perhaps you should put back into your services. To me that's just good customer service and telling someone that at 3 AM that they can cross a 4 lane highway, because the traffic isn't that bad? And that a lot of people do it. It's just to me not acceptable? And that's not good customer service.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hampton Inn & Suites Lynchburg for the weekend, and I can't speak highly enough of the experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the staff.
The hotel itself is great - beautifully decorated, very clean, and equipped with all the amenities you could ask for. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best I’ve had.
However, what truly made this stay memorable was the exceptional service, especially from the manager on duty, Nathan. From the moment I arrived, he was not only welcoming but went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Nathan was incredibly attentive, taking the time to personally show me to my room and making sure all was good.
I truly felt valued as a guest, and that level of care is what sets this hotel apart from others. The attention to detail, along with Nathan's leadership and commitment to excellence, made my experience one I’ll never forget.
If you’re looking for a hotel in the area with excellent facilities, fantastic customer service, and a manager who truly makes you feel like a valued guest, I highly recommend Hampton Inn & Suites Lynchburg. I’ll definitely be back!

Room was large and clean. Only downside is that the scent they put in the room is overly strong. I wanted to be able to open a window to air it out. Breakfast was good but busy and staff were great.

I go to Lynchburg extremely often since my boyfriend has a job there & this is the only place I will stay! It's absolutely wonderful! We both use it as a mini-vacay since I travel from Richmond. Plus I'm very fortunate Robbie has the type of job if he needs to go to work while I'm up there I can go too & help! I love it! It brings us even closer! So the Hampton Inn is my home away from home because is apartment is a tiny loft & smaller than the room at the hotel. Plus I can take my dog too!
Rooms: Always extremely neat, tidy & ex exceptionally clean!
Safety: Wonderful well lit parking area & dog walking spot with doggie bags! Cameras outside & in!
Walkability: You can walk to many places, activities & restaurants directly from the hotel! One of my personal favorites is directly across the parking lot - Chili's!
Food & drinks: They have an extremely well stocked canteen full of everything you could want or need if you forgot anything! From toothbrushes, aspirin, tylenol, advil, etc, to lots of different microwave food choices or for your sweet tooth ice cream choices in the freezer, different kinds of dry microwave foods, chips, candy bars & a great selection of drinks plus complimentary water whenever you need it! When you check in you get a bag with water bottles for however many nights your staying & if you have a dog a treat bag with a tennis ball & a treat inside! Plus there is a very caring & long time staff that works here.
I also want to say they have the best complimentary continental breakfast around! It is basically a restaurant buffet style along with a full coffee & tea bar!!! I couldn't say anything more positive about this hotel if I tried! Love, love, love it & it's in the center of everything!

This Hampton Inn is conveniently located a very short drive to numerous restaurants and shopping. There is a Chili's across the street that is walkable. The Hampton Inn seemed clean and modern, and I loved the unique layout of the room, which felt larger and more spacious.

Breakfast was wonderful and you got to have enough so that you could fill up.
Safety: I was always with family and the staff made sure that we had everything that we needed at all times. It was a cool experience
Food & drinks: The food and drinks for great and they didn't mind giving you a water to make sure that you were hydrated.

We traveled to Lynchburg for our daughter’s graduation and the morning we left my son came down with Covid. They canceled our room due to extenuating circumstances a were extremely kind about the whole thing. Very much appreciated and shout out to Stephanie!
Rooms: The room were updated and very clean!

Had an event to attend at Thomas road and liberty University. So easy to get to. The airport is across the road and a restaurant right next door. Good breakfast. Great staff and good bed.
