I have a loan thru beacon and I have experienced some medical issues that have taken me out of work for now. I have called and spoke with a financial person several times. I wasn't satisfied with the answers I was getting so I called and left a message for the CEO G. Mcconville to give me a call back and explained my situation. He had the same person that I had been talking to to give me a call back. I'm very disappointed that Mcconville could not take 5or 10 minutes of his time to call a customer. Without us as a customer he would not be in the position he is in. Alot of places will help if you are experiencing hardship and he wouldn't even take the time to return a call.

Awesome experience Tracy at Logan’s lane and Kim are top people to deal with. The only thing my debit card could not use the chip was ineffective. It was not their fault. They help me slot at this bank ❤️

The people that work there are friendly but I’m so frustrated with how this bank works. They mailed me a new card and said to expect it in two weeks. Nice - except they deactivated my current card. So I have no way to buy gas, deal with an emergency, get groceries, or pay my online bills for two weeks. I called and they said “sorry” but said they couldn’t help me.

I visited the Logan’s lane location to pay a bill as Beacon recently revoked my ability to pay online. I have never incurred a late fee or skipped a payment on my account. I simply asked if there was any way I could avoid a transaction fee being applied to my account for when I pay in person as I never had a transaction fee before when I paid online. The lady in the office became frustrated with me and told me there was absolutely nothing she could do. Not the type of people I’d trust to handle my money.
