Prices could be better, but overall great options to pick from unsent here beginning of winter to stock up on my wardrobe. I got some nice clothes at a price that was slightly more than I was wanting to spend. 4 star for pricing on clothes when extremely similar quality exists elsewhere for cheaper - places like Kohls for example. Was clean and tidy though!

Walking into belk I knew my goal was to leave with a scent that would be unique and vibrate with me! I had the best customer service I’ve experienced in YEARS with Tenisha, she was patient, knowledgeable, and even recommended downloading the belk app to look further for coupons to help save money in the future on purchases. I love shopping at Belk! Darlene is always the highlight of each visit. I've never met a sales associate who is as cheerful and lovely with each and every client as she is. She is always so kind, considerate and works tirelessly to make sure every shoppers experience is wonderful. She goes out of her way every time to show excellence, especially when she's the only cashier working!

We had a great experience with the ladies who work in the beauty department at the Clinique and Estee Lauder counters. They were so helpful in getting our pre-teen the skin care products that she needed for her changing skin. We have been several times and the whole team is top notch. Highly recommend!

Love the belks in Lynchburg, va. It was so clean and up to date with the season. My belks in Trussville alabama has gone down hill. Looks like a thrift store after you get past the cosmetic area. Lynchburg belk it was nice to shop in belks how I remember it use to be .

Belk store was awesome. Just like a Macy's but more like a JCPenney and bigger. Great. If any of you saw my question about the escalators, it's not by Dover. It's made by Otis. Pretty cool though. They're older escalators.
