I recently purchased a used Mercedes in NC and took it to Berglund to get a new key and added an oil change...everyone there is exceptionally polite...treated me as if I had purchased a new Mercedes from them....Joe Camarda is excellent to deal with...I cannot say enough good things about my experience with the service dept. and CJ in parts...all go above and beyond to help !! I will be a returning customer !!

I did not have a good experience with burgland BMW. We purchased pre owed x3. I’ve owned many bmws and let me say this : horrible customer service! We just moved from NJ to VA. Interest rates there are awful even with Great credit!!! No follow up calls. Don’t know salesman’s name because he didn’t impress me at all. The whole transaction was slow. No other customers were there. They put temp tag on my x3 and I STILL don’t have my plates. Temp tag expired 8/8!!!!!! No calls, nothing. I have left 5 star reviews at mount laurel bmw in NJ because their customer service is top notch. I wish we would have spent our hard earned money in elsewhere. Would never buy from here again. When the time comes for a new x5 we will for sure be purchasing it in NJ.

We had an unexpected issue come up with some repair work. Joe handled everything in a professional manner and took care of the matter promptly he’s the man. Have no complaints and definitely recommend their service department. I will never get my SUV serviced anywhere else. He’s best service manager there is!!!

Service Department is the worst. Charged for diagnosis for first time, didn't find the problem, had not done what we said. We explained it again when we went to pick it up,,,we got in car right there with them, waited the 15 seconds for it to happen and it did. So we didn't take car but left it for another day after they had it 6 days! Came to pick it up next day to be told couldn't fix it until part would be in. Car had 40,000 miles and repair would be $1800. They charged ANOTHER $150 to diagnose it AGAIN. Two diagnosis in 2 days $300 and we had to show them the problem. All 6 days they had it and they never once called as they said each day when we called. Worst service ever. Do NOT use them.

Tina and Berglund Luxury of Lynchburg are both FANTASTIC!!! I hadn't purchased a car since 2002 but that didn't matter because Tina made the process extremely easy. Tina has the best customer service skills.Thank you Tina for making my experience so exceptional!!!!

If there were negative stars they would get it!! I went back and forth with Berglund luxury for over 10 months to have my heated seat repaired that was supposed to be covered under warranty. The 5th trip in they blame to malfunction on another dealership from 2 years ago. They lost their Lincoln brand for good reason, so they can't interact with Lincoln basically. The last trip my Navigator sat for 3 weeks with nothing done!! Certainly no repairs to the seat, but also no repair to a door handle I asked to be fixed and no inspection sticker I asked for. Each and every time my car was there, there was a "problem". Parts on back order, missing parts, forgot to fix something. It has been a disaster since day 1. I finally gave up still with a broken seat, broken door handle, no inspection sticker and will go anywhere else! I would absolutely never go back for service or purchase. Beware!!!

This past March I bought a Volvo from Carol for over $60,000. She encouraged me to buy from her instead of coming back to Virginia Beach and buying local. My car had broken down in Roanoke one week earlier and Berglund told me that it was not able to be fixed so they would buy it from me. I had my Volvo for not even 24 hours and and it broke down ( brand new vehicle) The parts were so far behind on back order I had no choice but to trade it in back in Virginia Beach. Afterwards, I found out that when a vehicle sold is being shipped the fluids are taken down very low. After shipment, the fluids need to be refilled. That was never done. I was sold a car that was not ready to be sold!! I lost $28,000 with one signature. I would never do business with this dealership again and I warn anyone that is thinking about it!!

Joe Camarda is AMAZING!! He should teach a class on how to provide the best customer service, because he is one of the absolute best, in providing it! I will NEVER buy a car from anywhere but Berglund Luxury Lynchburg. The entire team from sales, to service just does a great job! Thank you!
