Wonderful! From the moment I walked in I was treated with kindness and smiles. The phlebotomist was very concerned about me - in a good way. I felt respected and like a person - not just another arm to stick. Thank you for a wonderful experience! Highly recommend! (And I was a walk in - took no time at all)
