Had a wonderful experience today at this location. The young sales representative, Cam Robinson, greeted us with a warm friendly smile and it was apparent we were valued customers. He didn’t try to sale us the store but actually listened to our needs and made recommendations that best suited us. He constantly stayed engaged with us during this transaction even taking the time out explaining to us exactly what we were being charged including giving me a military discount! Looking forward to doing business with Boost Mobile on the future as long as there are associates like Cam Robinson to assist us! THANKS FOR EVERYTHING, CAM!!!

If I could give 0 I would one store says one thing the other store says another thing lost my phone and asked them if I found my phone would I be able to return and be refunded I was told yes! I found my phone came back to the exact store all for them to tell me they don’t do refunds I even called the other store and the dude told me he did if you’re able to wait I recommend purchasing ONLINE do not buy directly from them phones will be a higher and they kept telling me they’re a third-party so their terms and agreements are different RIPOFFS!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! The employees went above and beyond to make sure I left satisfied. Visited another Boost store before this one and was told there was no way to get what I wanted, took a shot and decided to try this store and I got everything I wanted !!!!

I went in there with my husband to get help on a problem with his phone and instead they lied and said his phone was basically no good anymore and that he needed a new one! We ended up figuring it out ourselves and he DID NOT need a new phone!
