A deer hit our Subaru a few weeks ago and Caliber made the process of getting everything fixed super easy. Our car looks like new! Ryan was extremely friendly, professional, and provided regular updates on the status of the repairs. Would highly recommend!

Sad to say I’m very disappointed. The first issue was the fact that there messaging service sent me messages saying my car was in the final stages of repair and it actually wasn’t. Service rep Ryan told me unfortunately there’s nothing they can do to fix it smh. So for almost 3 weeks straight I received messages saying my car was in the final stages of repair and it wasn’t. 2nd the repairs took so long the shop did take money off the deductible and also offered a rental. I was happy was this until I found out That I was actually billed for the rental and now they are blaming the rental company when they didn’t do what they said. Additional reservation was never made as explained by Ryan and now I’m waiting for a bill credit that they don’t even know as is will do. I was offered an apology and that’s just not good enough when I’m out an extra $350 to $400. All of this while going thru a very close death in my family. Will never recommend or use Caliber again!!
