“We travel from Virginia to Connecticut several times a year and use Enterprise locations on Old Forest Road in Virginia, on Colman Street in New London Connecticut, and the Enterprise in Old Saybrook Connecticut. We highly recommend all three locations. There is another location in Lynchburg Virginia on Graves Mill Road and that location is also excellent. We've only had one minor issue with a vehicle in 16 years of using Enterprise. When we did have the issue we called, the response was immediate and we were back on the road within an hour. That is because they have so many locations across the country. The cars are clean, newer models and the staff in all four Enterprise locations we've used are customer service oriented. We use Enterprise exclusively.”

“The customer service desk for check out and check in were friendly and knowledgeable. The Suburban that I rented needed to be cleaned better, the defrost wouldn't clear the windows and we think it was because the windows had not been cleaned. When the vehicle got hot, it almost smelled like someone had been sick in it.”

Do not press the triangle button I thought was hazards. The car started calling road side assistance. Lol was like wth? Budget always gets me going. Thanks budget.”

“National was able to get me a vehicle. I had had a registration at Enterprise since November 19th for the 6th of December. When I arrived at the stated time. No vehicle was available for me. The representatives of National were very courteous. They worked to together to ensure that I had a vehicle in a timely manner.”
