“We travel from Virginia to Connecticut several times a year and use Enterprise locations on Old Forest Road in Virginia, on Colman Street in New London Connecticut, and the Enterprise in Old Saybrook Connecticut. We highly recommend all three locations. There is another location in Lynchburg Virginia on Graves Mill Road and that location is also excellent. We've only had one minor issue with a vehicle in 16 years of using Enterprise. When we did have the issue we called, the response was immediate and we were back on the road within an hour. That is because they have so many locations across the country. The cars are clean, newer models and the staff in all four Enterprise locations we've used are customer service oriented. We use Enterprise exclusively.”

“I travel for work extensively and have rented cars at virtually every major airport in the United States. The Avis at the Lynchburg airport is by far the best managed and staffed. Jennifer in particular makes an effort to remember my name and my rental preferences. She goes above and beyond and it really shows. Some rental locations can treat you a bit more like a number, but not this location. I can't recommend it enough.”

“Great counter relationship. Very professional and friendly. The car did fine but let me tell you that back window is small. Kia cannot remember the model. Handled great in severe thunderstorms. Do not press the triangle button I thought was hazards. The car started calling road side assistance. Lol was like wth? Budget always gets me going. Thanks budget.”
