“I have used Enterprise Rent a car numerous times.
Everytime I go to the local Enterprise on Old Forest Road in Lynchburg Va I am always treated like I am their only customer for the day.
All of the associates are polite, friendly and always ready to help you.
This past Saturday, my son hit a deer on the way to work, so I went online and reserved a Toyota Corolla, but when we got there they didn't have that car, so they gave me a Toyota Camry in place of the Corolla.
This is the reason I keep going back to Enterprise rent a car.
I will give them a 10 out of 10 for excellent customer service.
They are fast, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile for their customers.”

“I’ve been meaning to leave this review for a while, but Jasmyn and Devon deserve the recognition. I rented a vehicle from September 15–21, and both employees made my experience a great one.
Jasmyn did a wonderful job checking me in. She was professional, welcoming, and helpful, making the pickup process smooth and stress-free. Devon was equally excellent when I returned the vehicle. He provided great customer service and made the checkout process just as easy.

“I had an outstanding experience at the Avis Rent-A-Car location at Lynchburg General Airport, thanks to Tiffany and Jennifer. As the CEO of a security company, I needed a reliable vehicle, and they went above and beyond to get me into a 2026 Wagoneer. They even upgraded my rental while reducing the price. The whole process took about an hour and a half because I was pretty indecisive, but they stayed helpful and patient the entire time. I only hope the manager or owner of that location sees this review and gives them both a well-deserved raise. Thank you very much for the wonderful experience, Tiffany and Jennifer. “Great counter relationship. Very professional and friendly. The car did fine but let me tell you that back window is small. Kia cannot remember the model. Handled great in severe thunderstorms. Do not press the triangle button I thought was hazards. The car started calling road side assistance. Lol was like wth? Budget always gets me going. Thanks budget.”
