I have been doing curb side since 2000, never had an issue with my loading since i check off on the app, that i will bring my own bags. Last 2 months, eventhough i bring several canvas bags and open them so they take the whole room of the hatchback, items have just been tossed in ontop of bags not in them(i tell them to put it in the bags also) Well on todays order which came out the same, i actually got to talk to the loader who told me they just put items in when mentioned non bagged on the order,(customer service was very rude)and that i didnt mention to put in brought bags. First, i did and do mention it, 2nd if the whole back is full of opened wide bags, doesnt take a brain surgeon to figure it out. All these years never had this issue till lately, so kinda tells me these new employees just dont care or listen when i ask. Probably Walmart doesnt want them to take the time to bag, who knows. Hard to get good help these days i guess. Back in my Walmart working days(90's) Walmarts stance was Customer was always right, guess now with these new times, it doesnt apply like that amymore.

Literally never any hand baskets available. They're all stacked at self checkout where the workers are standing around watching every customer scan and bag their own groceries. Saw an elderly woman ask a worker in self checkout where something was and instead of helping her, she typed into her little phone and told her where it was located. Sorry, but you could have walked the 50 feet(honestly, would have done you some good to be honest) to direct her to where the product was, I'm sure the other 5 workers standing and watching could have easily handled not moving for a few seconds.

Having to bag my own groceries while an employee watches as if I stole is not a good experience. Employees standing and chewing gum while I do your job….

The woman I spoke to on the phone was v nice. The stock on the shelves and bathroom were dirty.

No customer service. No cashiers open but three people being paid and watching us check and bag over $150 in groceries. They said they were short handed but there were three of them standing there.

Nathanael at the customer service desk is amazing! I went to the store to return some items a few days ago, and he was quick to assist me and was very patient and sweet, even though there were multiple customers behind me. Walmart could really use some more young folk like him running around.
