I had bad experiences in this store, including trying to transfer a number to my phone and they couldn't, and I went to more than one branch and they couldn't help either. All I got as a help was that I should call 611. I called and they couldn't solve the problem until I met a new worker in this branch and she was helping teach new people and she was able to solve the problem with great professionalism, knowing that I had been going to all the branches for two weeks to no avail. But what surprised me today is that I noticed that one of the people she was teaching has become her manager. I think she is the one who deserves to manage more than one branch.

This location is under new management and from day one I went in and I told them a bad experience I had there and was trying to connect an old phone and they were like nope we got you. They got me the best phone I've ever had in my life for crazy cheap. I really needed a win lately and this was it. I love those guys. Go there. Trust me. If anything for the conversation because they are masterful at that as well besides their sales skills.

The best place for a cell phone now that they got rid of Verizon cell towers in Madison Heights Virginia and went to AT&T 5G
