Terrible customer service. We were having difficulty logging into our account which resulted in us needed to go into the store where they charged us an additional fee to gain access to our account again. Furthermore, the store associates were talking about us in Spanish, which we understood and were greatly disappointed as customers. Additionally, one of the store associates was breast pumping while assisting us. Overall it was an extremely unprofessional experience and we will be looking for a new phone company.

I do not recommend it, they stole 162 dollars from me because I went to change lines and I told the lady that I could apply for that line and she told me that, according to her, she did the entire procedure for me and charged me and then later I get that It is not possible because my cell phone is SIM locked and then they were going to unlock it and it was not possible, then they wanted to give me another cell phone since it could not be done on my cell phone that I had brought with me so that the plan would not be lost, well I They say the cell phone is free, then they tell me that no, the cell phone is worth 80, at the end it is easier for me to leave the money to continue paying, when it comes to asking all the details for them they tell you yes to get you hooked and at the end they even steal you, they don't. Never call up cricket that's for sure you have to go into the store then you'll get the best service ever answer sure such a young kid working there however he gave me the best service for such a wonderful price and great information I will return just because of him along with other things

Usually I have a pleasant experience at the Cricket Wireless on Timberlake Road but the last few times I've been here have not been that great one of the last times I was here I just left because I was tierd of waiting to be helped. This time I've been standing outside for over 20 minutes there's a not on the door that says be back soon. Not sure how long soon is.
