I had just left the Emergency room after being seen for an absessed tooth. I headed to CVS to pick up 2 critical medications. No longer than 10 minutes we re my RX's ready.. I enjoyed walking around the store picking up some goodies and talking with the employees. They were all so friendly and helpful and I'm not used to that. I used to manage a pharmacy and I know how operations should be ran and this CVS exceeded my expectations.

The pharmacy always closes early. If your hours are posted stay open.

I can usually find what I need at this store, but the parking is terrible (not the store’s fault). Staff is friendly. I was disappointed that I had to use self checkout when there were 3 people behind the counter talking instead of being ready for a customer.

My experience today was wonderful! Kelly waited on me and she was very helpful. She was knowledgeable about the merchandise sold at this CVS location and she also knew about the CAREPASS encouraging customers to sign up. Most of all, she was cheerful and helpful. She made my shopping experience even better. Thanks, Kelly!

Minus 5 stars for this terrible pharmacy. They are rude and inefficient. I'm telling you, you don't want to use this pharmacy. You will get no help, no explanations and nothing but pure rudeness. Also, they do not accept Good Rx for medications for pets, even if humans take the very same meds. I changed pharmacies hoping to get efficiency and better customer service. I made a big mistake. Needless to say, I won't be going back.

1-27-24 I attempted to purchase a money order for $302 and handed the manager on duty 12:30pm $305 who rang up a $305 money order. She accepted no responsibility at first and proceeded to have me take the money order and refund me the difference. I explained no I need the exact amount I asked for. She still had my money in her hand and when I asked for it back she wouldn't respond. I explained further that I don't wish to purchase anything here now. I again ask for my money back and no she said until she figures it out. I still hadnt even seen the money order and she continued to not give me my money back. She calles someone who also said give him his money back. A kind lady attempted concern herself as she said she works at a cvs. I was visibly shaking now and she wouldn't give me my money. I explained I will press charges and call 911 if needed to get my money out of your hand and exit the store. She said her job is on the line. Not my problem and she dropped my money on the counter finally. And said she doesn't care who I call.

Cvs langehorne does not sell 2 liters of popular brand sodas anymore. Go in the store and youlle see shelf is empty.

This is not the first time I have picked up liquid medication for my two year old and there is no Syringe in the bag. Unacceptable, how am I supposed to be able to give the proper amount of medication like this. I shouldn't have to drive all the way back to CVS to get a Syringe do better because this is ridiculous!

Came through drive thru to get cold medicine and the lady at the drive thru around 6 today was rude and told me I had to come inside to get. The reason I came through the drive thru is because I didn't want to get anyone sick. There wasn't anyone behind me in line.

I wouldn’t even give this store a one star…..Inside the store is ok but that pharmacy the customer service is horrible the older lady with the wig (African American) has the most unpleasant, non empathy, no patience, unprofessional attitude… she was beyond rude. This isn’t the first time. And the other girl (African American) she was frustrated but eventually turned it around and got it together and end up saving the day…but after this I will no longer use cvs on langhorne. I will have all my prescriptions moved to another location!
